Return and Refund Policy

At DoBrix, we are committed to offering high-quality products to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification or paying penalties.
a. Eligibility Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return, including:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Discounted items purchased during a sale.
2. Return Process
a. How to Make a Return
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

b. Return Deadlines
Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the return label. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs at Customer's Expense: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Free Return for Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product received is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
a. Refund Conditions
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
b. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:
First, check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us through the "Contact" section or at dobrix.fun@gmail.com.
6. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Products
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
Sale items (according to the sale policy of promotional products).
Products sold as part of a bundle, unless the entire bundle is returned or refunded.
